Atalay Financial Services Inc. was founded in 2023 by Umut Atalay, who brings nearly 30 years of industry experience, to provide strategic advisory services in financial restructuring, post-restructuring risk monitoring, financial reporting and controllership, in line with mandates from Turkish banks and international financial institutions.
Within a short period since its establishment, Atalay Financial Services Inc. has built a strong and distinguished corporate trust network by adding Turkey's top 15 banks by asset size, leading industrial corporations in their respective sectors, and an international real estate asset management company headquartered in London operating in 12 countries to its reference portfolio.
As of today, Atalay Financial Services Inc. executes financial restructuring, financial management and transformation projects on behalf of corporate clients operating across a wide range of sectors including industrial textiles, tourism, shopping mall management, hospitality, technical healthcare services, carpet manufacturing, automotive parts, white goods, retail, kraft packaging, decorative building materials and construction. The total managed project portfolio has exceeded 500 million USD.
